As part of our continued expansion in the Asia Pacific region, we're looking for a Technical Delivery Engineer to join our Plan Release Technical Delivery team within Customer Operations. In this role, you will be at the heart of driving technical change delivery for RELEX customers — deploying new software releases to customer environments and developing the deployment process, and by doing so you will be in the front seat of our technology development. You will be part of a team focused on delivering what RELEX builds to our customers, ensuring readiness for adoption and managing a coherent customer experience across the full product suite. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role for engineers who thrive in dynamic, customer-facing delivery environments.

What you'll be doing:

• Be responsible for technical activities in release deployments to customer environments
• Perform testing and validation to ensure quality of deployments
• Be at the center of communications between customer teams and product development, to fix bugs and improve the software
• Investigate issues that come up in release deployments
• Improve our release upgrade practices and processes within and across teams

What you'll bring to the table:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in the field of Software Engineering or IT
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong teamwork capabilities
• Programming experience (Bash, Ruby, Java)
• Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows for deployment and testing
• Basic knowledge of databases
• Basic knowledge of Linux and Unix
• Drive for continuous improvement
• Fluent communication skills in English
