- What is an IND recognised sponsor?
- A company or institution the Dutch IND has approved to sponsor residence permits. Recognition is required to hire highly skilled migrants (kennismigranten) and is optional but faster for several other routes.
- How many recognised sponsors are there in the Netherlands?
- 13,257 organisations are currently on the IND public register. This page is refreshed from that register.
- How do I check if a company is a recognised sponsor?
- Search the company name from the full list. Each sponsor page shows the sponsor type (work, study, research or exchange): the KvK number, and when it appeared on or left the register.
- Can a company that is not a recognised sponsor hire me?
- For the highly skilled migrant route, no. For other routes (for example EU Blue Card or intra-corporate transfer) a non-recognised employer may still apply, with a longer procedure.
