This is a hands-on role focused on designing and building structured models that bring together complex inputs and turn them into clear, useful outputs.

The role combines quantitative modelling with analysis and interpretation, and would suit someone who enjoys working with data while also applying judgement to understand what really matters.

What You Will Be Doing

· Developing logical approaches to ranking, weighting and interpretation

· Analysing outputs to identify patterns, anomalies and areas for improvement

· Applying judgement to interpret findings and assess what is meaningful

· Preparing clear analysis and sharing insights with internal stakeholders

· Becoming the internal point of reference for this area over time

What We Are Looking For

· Strong quantitative background (e.g. Maths, Finance, Economics, Engineering)

· Advanced Excel modelling skills

· Experience building analytical models or structured frameworks

· Experience using Python, SQL or R for analysis (beneficial)

· Ability to work with complex or ambiguous data and draw clear conclusions

· Comfortable combining analysis with interpretation and judgement

· Confident presenting findings and explaining your thinking

· Curious, detail-oriented and persistent

Why This Role Is Interesting

· Build the first version of a new analytical capability

· Take early ownership of a high-impact problem

· Grow into the internal expert in this domain

· Work closely with Product, Engineering and leadership teams

· Apply both quantitative and qualitative thinking to real-world problems

What we offer in return:

· Employment with a fast-growing UK SaaS company.

· Hybrid working in our Cosham office (ideally in office 2 days a week).

· Competitive salary and benefits.

· Be part of a fantastic company culture; we all display our Company DNAs and foster a “One Team” and growth mentality.

· Give back to the wider community with volunteer days, fundraisers and charity events.
