Salary checker

Does the offer clear the Skilled Worker threshold?

Going rates pro-rate with working hours. The same salary can pass at 37.5 hours a week and fail at 45. Check an offer against the official going rate for the occupation.

Data sourced from the UK Home Office register of licensed sponsors. Organisation addresses are approximate city-level locations. If you cannot find a company, try their registered legal name rather than their trading name.

UK sponsor list questions

What is the UK sponsor list?
The register of licensed sponsors is the Home Office list of every organisation licensed to sponsor workers on the Skilled Worker, Health and Care and other Worker and Temporary Worker routes. This page lists all 127,623 active sponsors and is updated daily.
How do I check if a company can sponsor my visa?
Search the company name above. If it appears with an A rating and the route you need (for example Skilled Worker), it holds a valid licence. Use the registered legal name rather than a trading name if you cannot find it.
How often is the UK sponsor list updated?
The Home Office publishes the register daily and this list is refreshed from it every day. 1,034 organisations were added in the last 30 days.
What does an A rating or B rating mean?
An A rating means the sponsor is fully compliant and can issue Certificates of Sponsorship. A B rating means the Home Office found compliance issues and the sponsor is on an action plan; it cannot sponsor new workers until it regains an A rating.
Does being on the list mean the company is hiring?
No. The list shows who is licensed to sponsor, not who has open roles. Use it to target applications at employers who can legally sponsor you, then check their careers page or job boards.
